Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte kaum einen Koffer platzieren. Die tägliche Reinigung beschränkte sich aufs Betten und Wäsche wechseln. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber toller Balkon mit Seesicht.

Avons eu la '' camera di cortesia '' plus petite et moins bien que la photo sur le net , par ailleurs , située à l'arrière de l'hotel sans vue sur le lac.
Pas de climatisation , et , 30° cette nuit la. De ce fait , nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte , mais, le bruit des trains (voie ferrée proche) et des motos à échappement libre, au pied de l'hotel , ont eu raison de notre sérénité.

The hotel was easy to find...even though we arrived at night. They did not charge extra for a 9 PM arrival, even though your website suggests that check-ins after 6 PM might be a problem. I called them ahead of time to warn them. The room was very small and there was some noise from traffic, as the hotel is right on the road skirting Lake Maggiore. I think that 3 stars is maybe an inflated rating for this hotel as the decor and comfort is nothing special.
