El hotel ofrece unas instalaciones estupendas. Habitaciones muy cómodas, con todos los accesorios de baño. El personal muy atento, habla español. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios, sino, tienes al lado la estación de metro.
El único problema que nos encontramos es que en la habitación hacía muchisimo calor, pero era imposible regular la temperatura o apagar la calefacción.

No hay una calificación intermedia entre "bueno" y "óptimo" y esta carencia puede inducir a responder injustamente. Mi satisfacción general es MUY BUENA, sin llegar a óptimo, pero mucho mejor que "bueno".
El hotel es moderno, el personal muy amable, el desayuno casi completo. Pero aquí un detalle: solicité en el desayuno una omelette y me dijeron que no estaba incluída. No la hicieron. Otro detalle: una de las paredes de mi habitación estaba sucia, pero el resto era muy limpio y brillante.
Mi opinión general es que el hotel es muy bueno, tanto que volvería a alojarme en él. Gracias por solicitar mis obervaciones y reciban mi atento saludo,

Excelente ubicación, muy bueno desayuno, buen servicio en general, habitaciones muy confortables.
Unico inconveniente al consultar por servicio de Taxis al aeropuerto, me pasaron una tarifa de 60 euros argumentando adicional nocturno. Luego contraté directamente a 27 euros.

Only bad experience was the bartender that would not lend us a few extra wineglasses made out of glass instead of plastic (We were drinking champagne when celebrating a birthday). Breakfast wasn't very impressive, but as to be expected... Good help at the reception, nice clean rooms. Very nice stay, good value for money.
