Accueil formidable, personnel très compétent, propreté absolue. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucun doute. Très sincères et familiale, encore un grand merci au personnel pour sa disponibilité. Vraiment au petit soin les chambres disposent de brosse à dent, dentifrice, rasoir, mousse à raser, savon, pantoufle et tout cela usage unique c'est formidable et en plus une bouilloire avec du thé pour votre soirée. A 2 minutes du métro pour se rendre au Dôme et le tram juste en face de l’hôtel pour se rendre en 5 min à Buenos Aires ou vous trouverez tous les magasins nécessaires pour faire votre shopping. Je vous le conseille vivement Rosy et Lillo Barrafranca.

Avrei dato un valore ottimo per la locazione e per il personale, ma ho avuto un pessimo ricordo con il fattorino che ha portato fuori la mia macchina nuova dal parcheggio strisciandola in 3 parti diverse. Data l'evidenza ha rinnegato l'accaduto dicendo che c'erano già da prima e che era possibile che l'abbia strisciata io quando l'avevo parcheggiata in partenza! Consiglio di soggiornare in hotel perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, ma evitate di lasciare la vostra auto a loro.

L'hotel è piccolo ed accogliente, lo staff è estremamente disponibile, la camera è pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. L'unico neo è la mancanza di un frigo-bar. La colazione è abbastanza varia anche se alla mattina presto poteva essere più abbondante. La posizione è sufficientemente comoda, a poca distanza dalla fermata dei tram che portano alla metro.
Lo consiglio e ci tornerei sicuramente.
