The rooms had nothing to do with what I encountered. My single room was tiny and price was for a 4 star hotel. I asked to be moved to a bigger room, was given a twin beds room, a bit bigger yes, but the photos in web showed this posh, almost new hotel, and the reality was an old hotel, run down, elevator scary, experience.... unbelievable how disappointed!

Hotel bien situé par rapport a la gare et le métro , personnel très gentil et serviable , le point négatif , pour une chambre seul , elle est un peu petite je trouve , sinon lors de mon prochain passsage a Milan , je reourne la bas sans probleme !

Mancavano accappatoio, pantofole, vasca e più importante la jacuzzi!!!!!! Sono andato in quell' hotel apposta per la jacuzzi, però niente. Quella che è scritto sul sito non e quello che ho trovato. Sono rimasto deluso!!!!!!!!!!!!
