The only thing was we arrived directly from Sydney Australia with young children - and despite using their contracted driver and emailing at least twice prior to arrival that we would we arriving from australia and we would not have a phone as we would most likely arrive at the end of the lunchtime approx 3pm - we had to wait at least 30-40 minutes on the street - my 6 year old was extremely tired and crying - so not happy about that - the driver did call the reception to say we had arrived.
