Très bonne hotel avec un emplacement imbatable: juste en face du Lac Majeur et dans le centre d'Arona.
Personnel amical et serviable. Accueil chaleureux en francais, en anglais, en italien vous choisissez... (et peut être plus...) Les chambres sont nettoyees 2 fois par jour!!
Un sejour très agreable même si notre chambre était un peu bruyante.
Fantastic location. Really friendly helpfull staff which speacks italian, english, french and maybe more... The room were cleaned twice a day!! All around a very happy stay even if the room we were staying in was a bit noisy.
