Note positive: molto utile e gradito l'angolo cottura con bollitore e tè e caffè/biscotti. Colazione a buffet ricca e varia (ma i succhi di frutta potrebbero essere migliorati e meno artificiali). Letto comodo (un po' più grande di un singolo standard) e buona insonorizzazione. La camera singola ha dimensioni comode, c'è spazio.
Note negative: la moquette in camera, non igienica e fastidiosa per chi come me soffre di allergie. Mancava in bagno la cuffia doccia - in un 4 stelle è insolito.

Desidero innanzitutto far conoscere la professionalità, la garbatezza e la gentile cordialità del Personale che lavora nell'Hotel, qualità che ho avuto modo di notare e di apprezzare malgrado la mia limitata permanenza nell'Hotel.
L'Hotel, ubicato a pochi minuti di cammino dalla Stazione di Torino Porta Nuova, si distingue per il comfort delle sue camere e per l'igiene, che pare molto curata.
