Residence Riva Mare, Torre Mozza

The Residence Riva Mare is found in the small town of Torre Mozza halfway between Gallipoli (28km away) and Leuca (20km away).

The resort was recently built and is found right in the heart of the town centre, 100m away from the sea and from Torre Saracena; it is particularly well-suited to families with children.

Entertainment is provided by a small team that organises games and tournaments, beach activities every morning with stretching and Aquafit classes, evening entertainment, and film projection once a week. Particular attention is paid to activities for children, including beach activities and in the play area from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30, as well as Babydance in the early evening.

The beach has fine sand met by the most beautiful crystal water of Salento, just 100m away from the residence.

Guests must book their stay from Saturday to Saturday with arrivals between 16:00 and 22:00 and departures by 10:00.

The weekly Club Card is mandatory from 12/6 to 11/9; € 38 per adult and € 22 per child from 4 to 10 years of age.

From 29/5 to 12/6 and from 11/9 to 25/9, € 50 per apartment.

Children 0-3 years of age: cradle rental € 7 per day. The cradle cannot be added if there are already 6 beds in a three-room apartment.

A weekly flat fee is mandatory for electricity, maintenance, TV, air conditioning, a supply of bedroom linens upon arrival with a double bed ready for € 30 per person (children 0-3 years of age excluded).

Mandatory finale cleaning € 50 for a two-room apartment, € 60 for a three-room apartment (excluding the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client; if it is not cleaned, a fee of € 30 applies).

Linens: bedroom linens can be changed for a cost of € 7 per person; bathroom linens are available for € 5 per person per change.

A washing machine is available for a cost of € 3 per load; beach umbrellas are available in the first or second row for an additional fee: first row € 30, second row € 20; they cannot be reserved by the week. Deposit € 100. Small pets are permitted for a cost of € 6 per day (excluding the beach and common areas.

The apartments are located on the ground floor (lowered by around 60cm), on the first floor and on the second floor, with white architectural elements.

Various types are available, including a kitchenette with an oven, air conditioning (1 split unit per apartment), a colour television, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The apartments on the ground floor and some of the three-room apartments on the first floor have their own outdoor patio equipped with umbrellas, a table and chairs, while the apartments on the first and second floor have a lovely terrace.

- Two-room apartments for four guests are located on the ground floor or on the second floor. They have a living room/lunch room with a sofa bed for two and a double bedroom.

- Three-room apartments for four guests with a living room/lunch room, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with bunkbeds.

- Three-room apartments for five guests with a living room/lunch room with a sofa bed or armchair, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with bunkbeds. Some of the apartments can have a sixth bed added in the living room.
