On the ground floor 15 rooms of different types are available (double, single, triple), 11 of which are accessible from inside the hotel and 4 of which are accessible from outside (by means of a small path between the green area and the garden).
3 spacious rooms (capable of hosting up to 4 people) enjoy a wonderful view over the sea, and have been recently fitted with a wall mounted air conditioning system.
Two of the 4 rooms accessible from the exterior are equipped for disabled guests.
On the first floor 16 rooms can be accessed from inside (just one flight of stairs), 14 of which with a view over the sea and 2 (not facing the sea) with air conditioning.
The remaining rooms have a portable air conditioning system.
Rooms accessible from the exterior (two flights of stairs) are double-twin and triple. Rooms accessible from inside can be double, triple or quadruple.
On the third floor there are 8 rooms, 4 of which double and 4 triple.
Only 4 of these have a wall air conditioning system, 5 are facing the sea, with access from inside or outside the hotel.
The building where these rooms are has 2 large terraces.
All rooms have color TV, telephone and private bathroom.

The hotel Restaurant has a spacious dining hall with adjoining bar and terrace offering a splendid view over the sea from where to enjoy the typical delicacies of Liguria in a particularly striking environment.
The internal hall of the restaurant, with a total capacity of about 120 people, is an ideal setting for ceremonies, banquets and receptions of any kind (wedding, baptism, anniversary, gala dinner).

No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
