The Gasparo apartments are situated in a quiet part of Venice, near the characteristic Cannaregio quarter. This picturesque area has many "calli" or traditional Venetian lanes and narrow pathways. The apartments are only a short walk from Strada Nova, the Rialto bridge and the historic city centre including Piazza San Marco.
The apartments are located close to the Madonna dell'Orto steamboat stop guaranteeing guests easy access to all of Venice's main tourist attractions as well as to visit the lagoon's islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello.
Relaxation is guaranteed in comfortable, independent recently refurbished accommodation that conform to the standards of today's hospitality industry.

The cost of the apartment includes sheets, towels and complimentary toiletries.
The cost of final cleaning - to be paid on site - is €60.

The ground floor apartments feature a welcoming living area with a large lounge and a sofabed, a well equipped kitchenette, an en suite bathroom and an exclusive small courtyard with chairs and a table. There is an apartment on the upper floor with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

All the apartments feature a plasma screen colour television, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a safe, an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer.

How to reach Appartamenti Gasparo

Other information about the location

By car

To reach Venice, take the A4 motorway from Trieste and Turin, the A27 from Belluno or the A13 from Bologna.

Guests can park their cars in the Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto car parks.
From Piazzale Roma, take one of the ACTV steamboats and take Line 52 to Orto. On arrival, turn right and continue in to Canale Rio Madonna dell'Orto, then turn left until you reach the Madonna dell'Orto church.

Alternatively, from Piazzale Roma, continue on foot to the new Ponte della Costituzione (or Ponte di Calatrava) pass in front of the train station and take Strada Nova.
Once you pass Campo San Geremia and the Ponte delle Guglie, take Riò Terà Cà Farsetti, cross the bridge, turn right towards la Fondamenta degli Ormesini, turn left in to Calle Larga until you reach Campo dei Mori. Continue straight on until you reach the Madonna dell'Orto church.

By train

From Venice Santa Lucia station, go to the ACTV steamboats and take Line 52 to the Orto stop. When you arrive, turn right, continue to Canale Rio Madonna dell'Orti, then turn left and continue straight on until you reach Madonna dell'Orto church.

By plane

From Venice "Marco Polo" Airport in Venice, take the Alilaguna (Orange line) service to Orto.

Standard Terms of Cancellation

No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 15 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, 75% of the entire reserved stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
