Griffin’s Resort is located in Orvieto and is surrounded by 100 hectares of uncontaminated forests and lovely hills.
Found in the heart of Umbria, the resort consists of a historic villa that combines classic style with modern design and includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar and a canteen.
Guests can take advantage of a number of activities to relax and unwind, such as hiking, horseback riding, excursions and daily guided tours.

Griffin's Lands Resort offers accommodation in 15 units including elegantly decorated rooms and suites.

Each room has its own individual charm and features a well planned combination of classic and contemporary features including stone walls, modern furnishings, elegant carpets and unique curtains.

The rooms and suites feature an LCD screen colour television, Wi-Fi Internet connection, a safe, a minibar, an en suite bathroom in local stone, a large shower, hydromassage, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and "Profumeria Inglese" complimentary toiletries.

The villa also has an annexe situated in a lovely cottage. The annexe is accessible via an external staircase.
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people and is perfect for families. It is made up of a large entrance lounge with a double sofabed and coffered ceilings, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private patio, next to the pool. The cottage is located in a romantic spot in a clearing, and is perfect for those looking for an unforgettable holiday.

By car

From the A1 Milano – Napoli motorway, exit at Orvieto and after the tollbooth, turn right heading towards Orvieto.
Follow the directions for Ciconia (before the traffic circle) and upon reaching the second traffic circle, follow the directions for Fabro – Ficulle.
Go past the town of La Svolta, continue to the junction for Morrano and then turn right; continue heading towards Morrano for around 8 km and go past the town of Morrano Nuovo, where the resort is located on the right.

By train

The closest railway station is the Orvieto station.

By plane

From Rome Fiumicino International Airport, follow the directions for GRA (Grande Raccordo Annulare) and then head towards the A1 motorway towards Firenze to the Orvieto exit.
From Florence Peretola Airport, follow the directions for Firenze and then continue along the A1 motorway towards Roma to the Orvieto exit.
