The licensed bar provides an elegant and peaceful environment and is perfect for a relaxing drink after a day at the sea or for an aperitif before heading to the night life of the Riviera.

The restaurant of the Hotel Ambasciatori is open during the summer and throughout the year for conferences.
At the table, Chef Igor Sebastiani serves an exquisite mix of historic flavours of Romagna tradition and the new flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.
The layout is also carefully designed with long table linens, an elegant centrepiece and menus printed on high quality paper that can be personalised with a company logo for meetings.

The conference rooms are completely integrated with the style of the hotel; the four rooms can accommodate any event, from small business meetings to large company conferences.

- Sala Quarzo (190 square metres – height of five metres): suitable for events of 70 to 200 participants.
Square-shaped room with no columns with a pagoda roof.
This room can be completely blacked out and includes audio-visual equipment making it ideal for a wide range of events.

- Sala Ametista (110 square metres): suitable for meetings of 20 to 80 people.
Its unique L shape with no columns allows guests to use the spacious entranceway next to the courtyard for exhibition desks. This room can be completely blacked out and includes audio-visual equipment making it ideal for a wide range of events.

- Sala Giada (36 square metres)
This room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. Its unique location is very private and far from the main roads, allowing guests to work in complete tranquillity.

- Sala Topazio (18 square metres)
This room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. It is ideal for private meetings, interviews and secretary service.
This room can be completely blacked out.
