The rooms are furnished in a classic late 19th century style, with fabrics, damasks and prized materials enriching the atmosphere.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall each morning from 7:30 to 10:00, while the roof terrace offers a selection of tea, coffee, Italian wines, drinks, aperitifs and small snacks, along with a breathtaking panoramic view of Venice.
From Piazzale Roma take the ACTV boat (line 1 and 2), stepping down at the Vallaresso stop. Cross Calle Vallaresso, at the end of the street turn left into Salizada San Moisè. Cross the bridge and continue along Calle Larga XXII Marzo, turn right into Calle delle Veste (the second street), and continue until reaching the small bridge, from where you can see the entrance of the hotel.
Alternatively you can take a boat taxi from Piazzale Roma to the hotel (40 minutes).
By train
From Venezia - Santa Lucia Railway Station you can take a boat taxi to the hotel.
Alternatively the ACTV boat (Line 1 ad 82) towards San Marco is available, stepping down at the Vallaresso stop.
By plane
A boat taxi service is available from the jetty of the 'Marco Polo' airport of Venice (13 km), reaching the hotel in about 40 minutes.
Alternatively guests may take an ACTV bus to Piazzale Roma or the Alilaguna public boats (Blue or Red line) to the San Marco Giardinetti stop. Continue to the left along the shore until reaching the ACTV boat stop of Vallaresso.
From the ‘San Giuseppe’ Airport of Treviso (33 km) a shuttle bus is available going to Venice - Piazzale Roma.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
