The Domus Aurea Hotel is situated in Contrada Maddalusa in the Agrigento area, conveniently located close to the beautiful Valley of Temples and the sea.The historic centre of Agrigento is only 7km from the hotel.

Surrounded by nature in a park that extends 4000 square metres with tropical plants and typical Mediterranean flora, this historic country residence is an excellent choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The hotel interior is elegantly decorated with carefully selected furnishings, from the lobby's reception service to the public areas with velvet sofas and marble floors.
The garden has wicker furnishings and a gazebo, providing a lovely place for guests to relax and unwind.
The Maddalusa beach is located 1km away and the inspiring archeological area of Valle dei Templi is only 4km from the hotel.

By car

From Palermo:
Take the A29 Palermo – Mazzara del Vallo motorway to the Castelvetrano exit. Head along the SS115 state road to Agrigento, go past Porto Empedocle and follow the directions for Caltanissetta – Siracusa – Palermo and take the SS640 state road.
Go under a flyover, turn right and follow the directions for Domus Aurea along a street heading downhill parallel to the SS640 state road expressway.

From Catania:
Take the A19 Catania – Palermo motorway to the Caltanissetta exit. Head along the SS640 state road to Agrigento and at the large traffic circle under the hill of Templi, take the third street on the right and follow the directions for Trapani – Castelvetrano – Palermo.
At Km 4,150 along the SS640 state road, follow the directions for Domus Aurea.

By plane

The local airports are:
- Trapani – Birgi Senator Vincenzo Florio Airport;
- Palermo – Punta Raisi Falcone e Borsellino Airport.
