All of the guest rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a radio, an LCD satellite television, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
Some of the guest rooms also have a balcony from where guests can take in a breathtaking view of the lake, while others have a charming view of the lanes in the historic centre of Piazza Carducci.

A delicious buffet breakfast is served each morning including a range of fruit juices, cereal, yogourt, croissants, plum cakes, fresh cut fruit, cheeses, meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and a selection of breads. Breakfast is available from 7:20 to 10:30 in the breakfast room, and during the summer, guests also have the option of enjoying their breakfast on a lovely panoramic terrace that overlooks the lake.
The Snack Bar is open from 12:00 to 16:30 for guests to enjoy a quick snack or a quick bite to eat.
From 16:30 to 17:30, afternoon tea is served free of charge to hotel guests (from May to October).
Several restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity where guests can enjoy typical dishes of Italian and international cuisine, suitable for a casual lunch or a romantic dinner.
From the A4 Milano-Venezia motorway, exit at the Sirmione tollbooth. Follow the signs for Centro Storico (the historic centre, 7-8 km away); the Hotel Eden is found in a castle in the limited traffic area that guests of the hotel are permitted to enter with their vehicles) in the second piazza on the left (Piazza Carducci).
At check in, guests will be provided with parking information.
By train
From the Peschiera del Garda or Desenzano railway station (both of which are around 12 km away), take the bus to Sirmione, which stops 150m away from the castle (or 200m from the Hotel Eden). Alternatively, take a taxi.
By plane
The closest airports are Verona Catullo di Villafranca Airport and Brescia D'Annunzio di Montichiari Airport.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
