From Milan – Linate international airport, the "Starfly" shuttle bus goes directly to the central station.

From Milan Malpensa international airport take the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna station and then take the MM2 underground towards Gessate/Cologno, getting off at the stop marked “Centrale”.
The "Malpensa Bus Express" and "Malpensa Shuttle Air Pullman" bus services will take you directly to the central station.
