The hotel has 60 guest rooms, (single rooms with ¾ beds, twin rooms, doubles, triples and quads) all feature air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, LDC screen colour television, a minibar, safe, radio, Wi-Fi Internet connection and an en suite bathroom with bath or shower and a hairdryer.

From Venice:
Take the A4 Torino - Trieste motorway and take the exit for Milan, once you pass the "Milano Est" barrier, continue until you reach the exit for Cormano.
From Genoa:
From the A7 motorway continue towards Milan; once you reach the "Milano Ovest" barrier, continue towards "Tangenziale Ovest - Torino". At the next junction follow signs for Venezia and take the exit for Cormano.
From Bologna:
Take the A1 Milano - Napoli motorway and follow signs to Milan, once you reach the Milano Sud barrier take the "Tangenziale Est" towards Venezia. After the exit for Cascina Gobba, bear right on to the Tangenziale A52 towards Torino-Como. Once you pass the toll booth, bear right towards Torino and exit at Cormano.
After exiting at Cormano, follow signs for Milano Centro; on the slip road, stay left and take the main 3 lane road. Continue under the flyover and after approximately 500 metres, cross the bridge towards Bruzzano-Affori, turn right towards Affori. Continue straight on until you reach the traffic lights then turn immediate left in to Via Astesani. Continue straight on for approximately 1km until you reach Via Pellegrino Rossi and after the Shell garage, turn left in to Via Vignati. At the end of Via Vignati, turn left in to Via Vittorio Scialoia where you will find the residence on the right after the church. The hotel is approximately 4km from the Cormano exit.
By train
From Milan's Stazione Centrale, take the yellow underground line towards Comasina for 5 stops and alight at Affori Centro.
Outside the station, turn left, (towards the Esselunga supermarket) continue for 200 metres until you reach the Shell garage. Turn left in to Via Pastro, continue for around 100 metres and when you reach the "Parco delle Favole" park, turn left in to Via Vittorio Scialoia. Hotel La Residenza is a little further ahead.
By plane
The "Malpensa Express" train departs every 30 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, it takes 35 minutes to reach Bovisa station which is 1.5km from the hotel, from here, take a taxi.
From Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, shuttle buses depart every 30 minutes to Milan's Stazione Centrale.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
