Our kitchen proposes typical Friulian dishes prepared in a slightly more modern manner and typical Apulian dishes. We pay special attention to choosing the best produce and take pride in the presentation of the dishes that will effectively satisfy all of the senses of clients who care about the genuineness and the distinctiveness of flavours. Available equipment: sound system, VHS and DVD player, large screen, overhead projector, flip chart, direct dial telephone, a video projector that can be hooked up to a computer, a slide projector screen, and WiFi access throughout the hotel. Video conferences can be arranged upon request and the municipal auditorium can also be booked for larger events (capacity of 350 people).
