From Trieste Central Station, take the number 20 bus directly to Muggia. Alternatively, head to Molo Pescheria Pier located around 1km from the station and take the motorboat to Porto San Rocco.

By plane
From Trieste – Ronchi dei Legionari International Airport (50km away) there are buses available to Trieste Central Station.
