The hotel has 7 multipurpose rooms with modern equipment that can accommodate from 12 to 260 people; all of the rooms have air-conditioning, natural lighting and direct access to the garden.
The meeting rooms are called:

- Sala Stemmi;
- Chiesetta.
The “Sala delle Muse” (length 11.50 m. - height 8 m. – width 17.50 m.) with charming frescoes and wood beam ceilings, can accommodate up to 260 people and has a control room (for audio and lighting control), a flip chart, an overhead projector, a speaker’s table with microphones, a portable microphone, a laser pen, stationery, Villa Tacchi document folders, a large projection screen (5 x 3 m.), a theatre-style layout with benches (or chairs) and a wireless Internet connection.
The “Sala Blu” (length 14.50 m. - height 2.60 m. - width 7 m.) can accommodate up to 60 people with a theatre-style layout and has Villa Tacchi document folders, a flip chart, an overhead projector, a speaker’s table with microphones, a portable microphone, a laser pen, a large projection screen (3 x 2 m.) and connection to the satellite network and Sky TV.
