Following an expert restoration, this late 18th century building was made into an elegant hotel where the atmosphere of the past has been maintained with exposed stones, vaulted ceilings, period fixtures and wrought iron balconies. The underground floor with characteristic tuffaceous caverns includes a simple and elegant lounge, a meeting room for up to 20 people, and a bar where guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast or an aperitif in good company. The 12 rooms are all different and are named after the different birds that populate the garden. This garden measures around 1500 square metres and still includes historic plants, cypress trees, grape pergolas, pomegranates, olive trees, and a number of other fruit trees.
