The hotel has recently been renovated and has an enviable location directly on the sea. The rooms all have air-conditioning, heating, a television, a minibar and a hairdryer; the President rooms (superior doubles) have recently been renovated and some of them have a whirlpool bath. There is a terrace on the ground floor overlooking our private beach. These rooms are simple but furnished with care. PRESIDENT ROOMS (doubles for single occupancy and superior doubles): equipped with a TV, a minibar, a telephone, an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower and air conditioning. Some of the rooms also have a whirlpool bathtub and a safety deposit box. These rooms are more elegantly decorated and have recently been renovated. NB: All of the rooms are double rooms but can be used for single occupancy upon request. During the summer, guests are served on the terrace overlooking the sea to the side of our swimming pool. The A-Spurcacciunn-a restaurant is open for lunch and dinner with the exclusion of Wednesdays and the closure period from 20th December- 20th January (approximately); reservations are obligatory. During the summer (June – September) the restaurant in Marea beach establishment is also open for self-service lunches and dinners served at the tables (outdoors).   Restaurant and bar: 8.5 (Display All Reviews) Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities The hotel has two meeting rooms: LARGE ROOM: can accommodate up to 50 people with an auditorium layout SMALL ROOM: can accommodate up to 10 people The rooms have air-conditioning. A flip chart, an overhead projector and a video projector are also available upon request.   Direction and Transportation Other information about the location BY CAR: from the Savona/Vado Ligure exit off the motorway, take the ramp towards Savona and follow the signs for Mare hotel (about 1km away from the motorway tollbooth) BY TRAIN: from Savona train station, take the number 9 bus (runs until 10 p.m.) from Piazza Aldo Moro, which stops about 600 metres away from the hotel; alternatively, Radiotaxi Savona is available by calling the number 019827951 BY AIR: the local airport is Genoa’s Cristoforo Colombo airport (approx. 45km away), from where it is possible to rent a car.
