The welcoming restaurant, seating up to 200 people, serves specialities prepared by the chef, inspired by local culinary tradition and enhanced by creative solutions with a Mediterranean taste. Some of the specialities include: duck breast risotto, umbricelli pasta with black Norcia truffles and braised medallion of veal with a lemon cream sauce.

By train
From "Perugia Fontivegge" station, take any bus to the city centre, getting off in Piazza Partigiani or Via Masi (journey time: 5 minutes).
By air
A private shuttle service is available from Perugia - Sant'Egidio international airport of Umbria to the main hotels in Perugia, including Sangallo Palace.
From Rome - Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" airport we recommend taking the SULGA bus service to Perugia, getting off at Piazza Partigiani (25 metres away from Sangallo Palace).
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
