The Tramonto Su Assisi country house is situated in Collestrada, a picturesque village in Umbria which boasts a unique view over Assisi, only a short distance from Perugia, the E45 motorway and Sant'Egidio International Airport.
Completely immersed in the Umbrian countryside, the hotel is easily reachable from all directions and is the perfect choice for pleasant relaxing holidays to discover the culture in the heart of Umbria's green countryside. Assisi is only 10 minutes drive away whilst Foligno is only half an hour away.

Tramonto Su Assisi offers 10 apartment suites, a relaxation area with two swimming pools, joined by a small cascade, with a view over Assisi and the Umbrian valleys. Tramonto Su Assisi also has a multipurpose room and a breakfast room.

Services available to guests include a Wireless Internet connection in the public area (charges apply) and an airport transfer service - available on request.
Guests can park their cars in the country house's private car park which is controlled by video surveillance. Tramonto Su Assisi also organises traditional local product tastings as well as Umbrian cooking courses.

Tramonto Su Assisi welcomes pets and provides animal beds if required.

Guests are kindly asked to note that during some periods of the year, Tramonto Su Assisi only accepts bookings for one week periods from Saturday to Saturday. Also in the same period, during the weekend, rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 days.

The country house offers 10 apartments of varying types, which conform to the highest standards of modern hospitality by prioritising guests' comfort and privacy.

All the apartments have a private entrance and have been decorated with particular attention to detail in a pleasant rustic style, the stone walled kitchens and the well researched combination of the materials create a charming romantic, timeless atmosphere which evoke the location's history.

The apartments feature a well equipped kitchen, a colour satellite television, a telephone, Internet connection, a large en suite bathroom with a window and terracotta fittings, a hairdryer and either a shower or a hydromassage bath. Tramonto Su Assisi also has a private car park controlled by CCTV.

The apartments are located on the first floor and are made up of an elegant double room, a large lounge with a 3/4 sofa bed and an en suite bathroom.

Superior:

Piero della Francesca: sleeps 2 + 2 beds
Michelangelo: sleeps 2 + 2 beds
Ciambue: sleeps 2 + 2 beds
The apartments feature a lovely welcoming double room and a lounge capable of creating the perfect family atmosphere with french windows which open on to the pleasant, relaxing external areas with splendid views over the untouched natural countryside, and a large en suite bathroom.
The Cimabue apartment is equipped for disabled access.

- Deluxe:
Giotto: sleeps 2 + 2 beds
Jacopone da Todi: sleeps 2 + 2 beds
These apartments are ideal for couples or those who love unique, romantic settings. The splendid panoramic terrace and the view over Assisi through the mullioned windows - represented by Tramonto Su Assisi's logo - characterise the "Giotto" apartment. A beautiful corner fireplace and a bathroom with a hydromassage bath render the "Jacopone da Todi" room, a beautiful choice for guests looking for a peaceful, poetic atmosphere.

Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities

The delicious buffet breakfast is served in the San Francesco room which features a beautiful view over Assisi. Breakfast includes traditional Umbrian products such as jam tarts, home made ring shaped cakes, fruit juices, cheeses, parma ham and salami, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fragrant fresh bread and traditional jams.

From the North:
Take the A1 Milano - Napoli motorway and exit at Valdichiana, continue on the Bettolle-Perugia road towards Cesena, take the exit for Ospedalicchio. From the Ospedalicchio exit, follow signs to the "Tramonto su Assisi" Country House.

From the South:
Take the A1 Napoli-Milano motorway and exit at Orte, take the E45 road towards Cesena and exit at Ospedalicchio. From the exit, follow signs to the "Tramonto su Assisi" Country House.

From Spoleto:
Take the SS75 state road to Perugia, take the second exit for Ospedalicchio. From the exit follow signs to the "Tramonto su Assisi" Country House.

By train

The nearest train station is Perugia Ponte S Giovanni.

By plane

The nearest airport is Perugia Sant'Egidio.
