The hotel has 22 rooms complete with telephone, fridge bar, radio, individual air-conditioning, LCD 19” colour TV, multimedia Intranet system using personal computer, Internet connection service, Pay TV, private bathroom with a shower that can be externally thermo-regulated and has a lateral hydromassage system, a double-speed hair-dryer.
The Suite is made up of 4 rooms: an elegant lounge with a bar corner, a large luxury bedroom with an adjoining spacious bathroom with a hydromassage and cromotherapy bath.
The last room is a large open space overlooking Corso Umberto I, the main street of the city.

In the centre of the spacious Hall, where there is also Wi-Fi Internet connection, is the Lounge Bar from where you can see the very central Via Piave through the enormous mirrored windows.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
