This is not an "airport" hotel as the name "jet hotel" might imply... It cost us 35 euros to get to the hotel from the airport and we had a terrible experience with the taxi driver who was awfully rude. The receptionist at the Best Western told us that this is a very frequent complain from many hotel customers... I think you should warn all visitors about this inconvenience. It almost ruined my visit to Milan and my husband was so upset by the whole experience to the point that we didn't leave our room until the following morning when we left.
There is a shuttle service to the airport but it only runs until 8am so if you arrive later than that you have to take a taxi both to and from the airport.
On the other hand, the room was small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the toiletries you can ask for.
