We asked for an extra bed. First there was no reply for the email but when we asked again, it was replied that it is ok for 30 e extra charge. When we arrived, there was no extra bed but 30 e was charged anyway. It was so late that we didn't have energy to fight for the extra be. So, quality of service was lousy.

Reason for the bad opinion of your hotel is because your staff approved us leaving our luggage in the luggage room and when we went to retrieve our luggage the manager on duty claimed that one box that was left in the luggage room was not to be found.
Prior to us leaving the luggage in your hotel we called and talked to an attendant and were told that there would be no problems with this arrangement. At the time I left the luggage I was told that I did not require any receipts for the luggage.
