Aria condizionata non funzionante nonostante la mia richiesta. Portiere serale lasciamo perdere. Ho scelto l'albergo perché sono andato su internet e mi sono lasciato convincere da questo hotel. Nous avions l'impression que les fenêtres n’étaient pas fermées: bruit de la rue, chien qui aboie etc. Matelas hors d'age déchiré sur le dessous , mobiliers vétustes, le ventilateur au plafond était plein de poussières,la VMC de la SDB faisait un vacarme incroyable. Heureusement qu'il s’éteint tous seul après 5 minutes, l'eau de la douche italienne inonde la SDB, sur le balcon deux compresseurs de climatisation pleins de caca de pigeons, j’imagine vue le bruit des climatiseurs qu'il doit être difficile de dormir en été. Enfin le petit déjeuner horriblement mauvais, café américain dégueulasse, café expresso en supplément, viennoiserie sous vide. Je suis un ancien de la restauration surtout passé votre chemin. Me designaron una habitación que no tenia ni ducha, en el baño estaba puesta la regadera para ducharte en el suelo, muy antihigiénico, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota, mi habitación doble matrimonial era una con dos camas juntas, el servicio del personal pésimo, la recepcionista muy mal educada, y el recepcionista de la noche es un hombre que olía muy mal y percibías el olor con solo entrar al hotel, muy mala experiencia no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
