The person in the reception in the night did not prebook a taxi, even if we asked for advice. We almost had a problem to catch a train in the morning, but thanks to the nice help of the person in reception we managed to catch the train in a different station than originally planned. So there were both good and bad service in the reception. We got a double room and a 5 persons room, the room was too big and uncomfortable. We ask for another room and we got it, just like our reservation. So after all it went all right.
