Grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff, in particolare delle due ragazze, ma camere non molto pulite, con accessori basico e con il bagno privo del bidet. Rientrati alle 2 del primo dell'anno abbiamo trovato la camera gelida per un guasto alla caldaia. Lo staff, intervenuto personalmente dopo 30/40 minuti (preferibile che qualcuno fosse stato sempre presente in loco), si è dato da fare per ripristinarla, cosa che è avvenuta dopo circa 2 ore, anche per l'intervento abbastanza tempestivo dell'idraulico (nel frattempo ci era stata fornita una piccola stufa elettrica); onestamente, però, mi sarei aspettato uno sconto sul costo della camera per il disagio arrecato.
