I had reserved one room for 3 for Aug. 2nd through your web site. Although web reservation indicated that room had a balcony, we've been given a room without one, but at same cost (70 euros).
We decided to stay another night and requested a room facing Lake Como, with a balcony. We had to pay an extra 20 euros (90 euros).
Breakfast was included and very good. Coffee was excellent (Italians, you know what is a good coffee!!!).
Internet access point was available but from dining room and wall outlet not very handy (underneath the TV in the corner of the room).
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay in Italy, and loved visiting Lake Como and Milano area. I wish I'll be able to return some day.

La chambre 4 personnes que nous avions retenue n'était pas climatisée et ne correspondait pas au standing présenté sur le site Web.
Il faisait bien chaud, nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte, et dans ce cas la rue est très bruyante.
Le point de vue sur le lac est superbe.
Le personnel était sympathique et efficace, et nous a bien aidé tant pendant le séjour, ainsi que le jour du départ.
Les chambres et la salle de bain méritent d'être actualisées (mitigeur thermostatique, douche, ...)
