The staff is very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to Malpensa. Unless one is driving, there is very limited access to any amenities.
There is very little ambiance thus the hotel does not offer any charm or convenience for an extended stay. However the hotel is idealy located for departures from Malpensa and its four star quality makes for a pleasant overnight stay.
This was our second stay at the Hotel over a three year period and we shall continue to use the hotel for future departures from Malpensa.

Il cibo costa esageratamente molto se calcolate che una margherita surgelata la fanno pagare 13€ e una caprese composte da due mozzarelle ciliegino e mezzo pomodoro 13€. Il paragone lo potete fare con il centro di Monaco dove mangiare in piazza centrale un secondo abbondante con la verdura e una birra da 500ml costa 11€. Pensavo che un hotel 4 stelle fornisse pasti megliori. Alla fine ci è costato di più il cibo che dormire una notte

Abbiamo mangiato l'insalata per cena nel ristorante al hotel. Secondo noi, queste insalate sono state forse le piu' buone mai mangiate. Tanti auguri al cuoco.
Ma non ci è piaciuto che non potevamo portare un bicchiere di vino dal bar al ristorante!
Infine, non ci piacevano i saponi forniti nel bagno. Erano piccoli e molto difficile da aprire!
