L'hotel ne merite pas 4 etoiles. Prix excessif au regard des prestations, il vaut la moitié. Mauvais petit déjeuner, café inbuvable,
mauvaise insonorisation. La porte d' accés coté ville fixée sur l'escalier de secours metallique provoque à chaque passage un claquement resonant sur tout le batiment , impossible de s'endormir avant minuit. Pas d'étagére dans la salle de bains, dans la douche obligé de poser au sol savonette et shampoing par manque d' accessoire de pose. Un seul ascenseur occupé souvent par les employés. Personnel reception agreable et efficace.

The hotel was excellent and the staff extremely helpful. The only recommendation I could make is to have an iron available for people staying at the hotel. Overall one of the best hotels I stayed in whilst in Italy.
