Nous sommes enchantés ma femme et moi acceuil très chaleureux des jeunes très bien sur tout les points irréprochable. Nous y reviendrons.

Forse l´unica mancanza da segnalare è la colazione, poco turistica e poco varia, mancava per esempio la frutta.

Personale disponibilissimo, ci hanno permesso di fare il check in alle 23!

Location perfetta: al centro del paese e vicino alla via dell´Amore!

Consigliata la prenotazione del parcheggio!

We felt we were in backpackers accommodation but with a high price. Our room was at the top of 4 flights of stairs with no lift and no help from hotel staff. It was very difficult with luggage, we would never stay there again and will tell friends to avoid at all costs. I would like to mention the girl serving breakfast was fantastic, all other staff very rude.

L'emplacement de l’appartement est excellent. L’accueil est déplorable, Nous avions un contrat stipulant le petit déjeuner compris puisqu'il était clairement mentionné dans l’émail de confirmation. Aussi fut-il difficile de se restaurer dans l'appartement car il n'y avait aucun couvert! Et un mégot de cigarette dans la cuisine! Les photos qui m'ont fait choisir cette location ne correspondaient pas à notre appartement et à ce que j'attendais. Je ne recommande pas cette location bien que le site soit exceptionnel.

Hatten das Appartment für fünf Personen gebucht, das ein Stück weit der eigentlichen Locanda entfernt war - dabei war die Lage des Appartments (direkt am Hafen mit Aussicht vom Balkon aus, nahe des Bahnhofs, aber ohne Lärmpegel) meiner Meinung nach besser als die der Locanda (etwa in der Mitte der Hauptstraße). Die Betreuung (freundlich) und das Frühstück erfolgte in einer Partner-Locanda, die weitaus näher am Appartment war, darum kann ich das Frühstück nur dort bewerten (gut, für die normalerweise kargen italienischen Frühstücksverhältnisse sogar sehr gut).

Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden, die sich kurz oberhalb des Orts in einem Parkhaus befindet (kostete 10 Euro/Nacht). Zur Gepäckabgabe darf man zwar für kurze Zeit in den Ort fahren, doch zumindest beim Appartment war es doch eine Plackerei bzw etwas kompliziert. Erst darf man trotz Buchungsbestätigung nicht in den Ort und muss für 3,50/Stunde im öffentlichen Parkhaus parken, damit man dann die Locanda sucht um dort den Schlüssel für die Einfahrt in Hotelparkhaus und Ort zu bekommen. Direkt zum Appartment kommt man mit dem Auto nicht, dorthin führt noch ein Treppenweg (zur Locanda kommt man aber ohne Probleme).

Positiv waren: die Aussicht, die zentrale Lage, das relativ geräumige Appartment.

Negativ: das etwas komplizierte Parken und die Handtücher (statt normalen Handtüchern, wie man sie kennt, errinnern diese eher an große Geschirrtücher - trocken wird man trotzdem).

Alles in allem würde ich das Appartment nochmal buchen, da Lage und Preis zumindest für Cinque-Terre-Verhältnisse stimmt.

Wi-fi connection is free for one hotel guest and the second person

charge for 10euros but I do not suggest bother paying because there is no wi-fi connection in the room.

Make sure you go to the breakfast room for breakfast if is included since no one remind you this service.

Kitchen was not very well equipped and only plastic knives and forks.

We did not use extra facilities of the hotel, nor bar or restaurant.

Molto infelice la posizione della camera con vista su un cortiletto interno; è necessario accendere la luce anche in pieno giorno!

Per fortuna il meteo mi ha favorito, ma non oso immaginare un giorno di pioggia: ci si sentirebbe davvero "in castigo"!

I wasn't warned how steep the roads in Riomaggiore are!

The price was high as for the basic quality of the hotel, but then the whole Cinque Terre region is quite an expensive one.

I had an enjoyable stay and the staff are really lovely, hospitable and helpful people!

Having extra space from the balcony really made the difference in our comfort. Otherwise the room itself was rather small.

The room was ok. No spectacular view from our room. Nothing fancy. But, who cares! We didn't go here for the room.

This was great location for enjoying Cinque Terre at a very reasonable price.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung reserviert und wurden außerhalb des Hotels untergebracht, was uns nicht bekannt war. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr) war notdürftig und insgesamt relativ lieblos.
