Tutto ok, da consigliare.

Camere accoglienti e pulite, ma la scala per raggiungerle è molto difficoltosa.

Personale gentile e disponibile, dispensano vari consigli sulle escursioni e sui ristoranti dove mangiare "bene" e spendere il giusto.

Mi avevano proposto uno sconto se rimanevo un giorno in più per recuperare il mio tardivo arrivo con una differenza di euro 50.00 invece, la domenica mattina mi hanno detto che la differenza da pagare sarebbe stata di euro 80.00. Pertanto non sono rimasta ed ho trovato nelle vicinanze un albergo di gran lunga migliore ad un prezzo anche più conveniente. Non andrò mai più in quell'albergo perché non è stato per me assolutamente soddisfacente. La posizione sarà pure buona ma non si trattano così i clienti.

Chauffage insuffisant dans la chambre, nous avons eu froid

For me, Cinque Terra was the highlight of our Italian trip. The Zorza was a great location with comfortable rooms. The staff was generally helpful, especially the woman on the first night who showed us to our rooms after we had lugged our bags half-way up the stairs (better signage to office would be helpful.) We were curious about one thing: With so many great bakeries around, why provide plastic-wrapped croissants and packaged pastries for breakfast rather than good local bread, cheese and fruit?

Das Hotel wurde in dem alten Gebäude mal umgebaut/renoviert. Aber einige Arbeiten scheinen noch nicht fertig abgeschlossen zu sein, zum Beispiel Licht im Treppenhaus funktionierte nicht, Baustaub auf den Stufen des Treppenhauses, Telefonanschluss fällt aus den Wand.

Lärm auf der Hauptgasse in diesem kleinen Dorf. Besonders frühmorgens ( Kehrrichtabfuhr) und abends spät von Gästen. Für diese Belange kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Frühstück war erstaunlich umfassend.

Room was adorable, spacious and clean. Service was very friendly. Location in Riomaggiore is fabulous, close to the bottom of the hill, train station, beach, restaurants and bars. Loved Hotel Zorza. Was a bit overpriced, but the room itself helped make our stay very enjoyable.
