Am 2. Morgen habe ich den Frühstückstisch kurz verlassen, danach waren das Gedeck und die restlichen Speisen abgeräumt.
Die Qualität der Speisen sind allg. hervorragend, am 2. Morgen war allerdings der Frühstücksspeck schwarz verbrannt. Der Kaffee hat mir nicht geschmeckt.
Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Ich habe mich gefreut, dass ich am Abreisetag mein Gepäck bis am Abend im Hotel deponieren konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Gentili Signori,
Accoglienza e personale certamente all'altezza del servizio reso, tuttavia per rispondere al vostro questionario e nell'interesse dell'albergo sottolineamo quanto segue.
Il confort generale è apprezzabile, benchè il tipo di riscaldamento pone dei problemi di corretta umidificazione dell'ambiente.
Il bagno, in particolare, presenta un'anomalia riguardante la ventilazione dello stesso; così come è posta poca attenzione alle misure di sicurezza della vasca da bagno : mancanza di maniglie d'appoggio ed antiscivolo, con tutte le conseguenze che ciò possa recare all'ospite.
Per quanto attiene al ristorante l'aspettativa è inferiore all'attesa sia per la diversità della carta sia per il prodotto offerto.
