Nice clean & spacious room & bathroom within an apartment building. No receptionist but easily made contact with the owner, regarding arrival time, using text messaging which was replied to straight away. Don't expect much in the way of breakfast. Close to train station. Good value overall.

Pre packaged breakfast satisfactory but far from being exciting.

Noisy neighbourhood.

No signage on the hotel.

No reception or arrangement to collect keys.

Not and easy matter pick up keys and gain access to rooms.

IT WAS REALLY HARD TO FIND IT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLATE OR SIGN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING WHICH TELLS YOU THAT YOU GET THERE, SO YOU HAVE TO ASK PEOPLE AND IF YOU DON'T SPEAK ITALIAN IT'S A PROBLEM BECAUSE NOT MANY LOCALS SPEAK ENGLISH AND PERSON WHO TAKES MONEY AND GIVES YOU KEYS SPEAKS ONLY ITALIAN.

Très bien situé: à deux pas de la gare, commerces à proximité. Très calme et confortable. Très bon accueil. Que du positif!

Un bed & breakfast sans breakfast, c'est surprenant.

Sinon, l'accueil était très chaleureux, la chambre grande confortable en plein centre mais sans un bruit la nuit . On y a très bien dormi. proche de la gare, pour découvrir les cinq terres c'était parfait !

Es handelt sich um kein Hotel, sondern es werden Appartments mit WC und Badezimmer an die Gäste vermietet. Es gibt keine Rezeption, sondern man ist allein. Daher gibt es auch keine Zimmerreinigung, kein Bettenmachen und kein Frühstück. Es war nur im Zimmer ein Tischchen mit verpackten Kuchenstücken und ein Teekocher mit Teebeuteln. Es ist keine Küche vorhanden. Im Vorzimmer liegen Prospekte von La Spezia und anderen Orten. Man hat einen Schlüssel und ist allein und - so man das will - ungestört. Das Appartment war bei der Übergabe tadellos sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße.

It looked much better on the website. It was OK, but we had expected more and for this price it was not really great.

Difficile à trouver car aucune indication ne mentionne le nom de cette maison d'hôtes. A notre arrivée il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir et le petit déjeuner est assez restreint et il faut savoir que tout est installé dans la chambre et nous nous servons nous-mêmes

Très bien placé à environ 70 mètres de la gare, idéal pour vsiter les "Cinque Terre" et il y a un parking gratuit pas très loin ce qui est très appréciable

Il y a des chambres dans un appartement. A l'adresse indiquée, aucune notification de "la casa di Gabriella" . Ce qui porte à confusion.

"La casa di Gabriella" est uniquement une chambre avec salle de bains. Petit déjeuner dans la chambre immangeable, sec, pas copieux. Serviettes de toilette changées tous les 3 jours...

Pas de placard pour mettre le linge. Le lit n'a pas été fait pendant 3 jours.Très cher, par rapport au prix. Très difficile à trouver, aucune enseigne. A déconseiller dans tous les cas de figure.

Je suis très déçue j'ai d'ailleurs téléphoné à la propriétaire de la chambre pour le lui dire.
