Overall an enjoyable stay in the winter season. Lack of storage space was a problem with the room.
Being in the winter time and less guests the warm water for showering was only on at certain times.
There was an electric heater provided in the room which was a good point.
Food was extremely good and the staff at that time ( just appeared to be one chap and kitchen staff) were very helpful indeed.
I guess because of the time of year, the hotel was very deserted, but Rocco the owner made us feel like we were guests in his home. He was always around and even offered to take us to my husbands home town. It was weird being the only ones in the restaurant but the waiters were so nice and friendly and the food was excellent. Matilde, the desk clerk when we arrived was very nice and made us an Italian map quest with directions for where we were going. All in all, i can't wait to go back to Calabria and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It was excellent value for the money. The only drawback it has is not being very close to anything.. Sharon and Francesco Pitto
Mi auguro che il servizio di ristorazione migliori (il costo è stato comunque molto economico) e che si adegui al buon livello della struttura.
Se ritornerò in calabria, lo sceglierò ancora e lo consiglio anche per la tranquillità e per il paesaggio.
