I was not impressed by being woken at 5am by text saying my visa card had been used in Italy. This was because the night porter had checked my card at this early hour. Could you please make these checks no earlier than 7am? I understand the need to do it, but not so early as it can be alarming for other people if check is not identified. Also I would prefer a proper shower not a hand held one. Otherwise very good and will use you again.
La cosa che mi ha maggiormente stupito è stata l'ampiezza della camera, peccato che il soggiorno per motivi di studio di mia figlia è stato di soli due giorni.
