Hotel davvero consigliatissimo. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Il personale molto gentile e inoltre la posizione è davvero ottima. La metro si trova alla fine della strada e proprio svoltando l'angolo si trova il Colosseo. Se dovessi andare di nuovo a Roma soggiornerei sicuramente li.
We have arrived late night and could almost not find the hotel. As for this price we were expecting a real hotel with a clear sign. We were asking ( as our return flight left almost midnight ) to have the opportunity either to stay longer in one of our rooms or in the afternoon to take a shower . It has been refused. We have also left there a short of my husband and nobody has contacted us to willing to give it back. We will never recommend this hotel and never go back.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour : l'hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas du Colisée dans un très bel immeuble. Deux bémols : des remontées nauséabondes des canalisations mais c'est dans tout l'immeuble, il suffit de fermer les bondes et le petit déjeuner avec un buffet assez pauvre mais vu que nous avons passé notre temps à manger à Rome, nous n'avons pas souffert ! En tout un excellent souvenir, le personnel est très attentionné et de bon conseil.
Non si trattava di un vero hotel in quanto non c'era personale, neanche un bar nemmeno per un bicchiere d'acqua! Le stanze erano situate al terzo piano di un palazzo senza l'utilizzo dell'ascensore!
Hôtel décoré avec goût et élégance ; chambre spacieuse pour deux, un peu moins pour 4 mais c'est tout de même très satisfaisant. A 2 pas du Colisée et du Forum, liaison par bus du centre ville. Possibilité de se garer près de l'hôtel la nuit gratuitement !
Accueil très agréable ; personnel charmant et attentionné.
Seul bémol, le bruit des voitures le matin rue Cavour (pas de double vitrage). Au final, cela reste un bon choix à un excellent rapport qualité prix !
La climatisation dans la chambre que nous occupions était très insuffisante, il faisait assez chaud même la nuit et le disjoncteur sautait en permanence ce qui nous obligeait à aller en pleine nuit dans le hall de l'hôtel pour remettre le disjoncteur en position de marche. La nuit il n'y a aucun personnel disponible et nous avons dû regler le problème de la climatisation nous même. Le personnel présent était très agréable et chaleureux. A part le problème de la climatisation nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Three complaints - least to most serious comments follow:
1. Shower head was broken - could take a shower but no shower head at all (just an open pipe) would have been better.
2. Air conditioner simply didn't work - it was a very hot couple of days. Air was not cold and system was set to provide 'powerful' air flow (not cold air, just harder fan setting) for only 5 - 10 minutes before reverting to insufficient flow. Check the refrigerant levels in your air conditioning unit! (Note that the lobby AC worked fine and would stay on 'powerful' flow as long as it was desired.)
3. Hotel representative was extremely unhelpful about AC problem - besides accusing me of having ruined the setting by trying to get cold air out of the AC!?!! She absolutely did not want to let me change rooms (though there was almost noone else staying at hotel) and even stated that I choose that room - as if that justifies my having to put up with a broken AC!!
You have a great location. Your room furnishings are very plain but sufficient. But your desk help is unacceptable - I will not return.
