We were disappointed with the fact that the hotel stated specifically that the rooms were soundproof when we were awakened by the sound of the man next door snoring! Other than that, the room was good enough. Friendly, pleasant staff, good location, beautiful lobby.
The receptionist tried to charge us for breakfast and additional charge for a room that has absolutely the same size as the other while he said it is bigger because it is for two. He wasn't very helpful either in pointing at the nearest bar for a nice coffee (which was just across the street!). Sauna and pool are not at a very high level, neither is the restaurant. But location is nice and the rest of the staff as well. Upper level rooms are basic, but nice. It was a bit cold though (central heating was not on yet).
Ottima la posizione per la visita della città in quanto a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, buono il servizio parcheggio anche se un po' caro. Avrebbe potuto essere già attivo il riscaldamento delle stanze.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend it to friends. Just one thing, I understood the hotel to be nearer to the centre of the town however it did not spoil our holiday just meant we used more taxis, but they were very reasonable so no problem.
