Unsere Zimmer waren einfach in der Ausstattung aber sehr sauber und ruhig.
Das Bett war gut und bequem.
Die zusätzliche Parkgebühr in Höhe von 12,-€ pro Übernachuntg empfinde ich als zu hoch.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist italienisch knapp gehalten und könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.
Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder aufsuchen da wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss für COMO als ok betrachten.

I was confused by the advice of the hotel to check-in before 18.00 otherwise there might be an additional charge. In my opinion, it seems there was no need for this to be said since the reception was open almost the full 24 hours. I had a telephone conversation for a possible late check-in charge and was pleased and re-assured by the service provided. A little fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice.
Il cestino nel bagno era ancora pieno quando siamo arrivati e non è mai stato vuotato.
La terrazza fuori dall'Hotel non viene mai utilizzata e sembra non esistere, nonostante sarebbe un bel posto per fare colazione.
