I suggest the hotel to make more clear that you depend on own car to go to town. Sad that there is no restaurant in the hotel then we would have stayed there all the time. The hotel in itself with pool and park is just wonderful!
Personnel totalement désimpliqué, désagréable, pas de climatisation, hôtel très vieillot, des chiens en meute hurlent une grande partie de la nuit. Seul point positif : le site sur la colline faisant face à Montepulciano. Hôtel à déconseiller.

Nous avions deux chambres. Une simple, de conception très récente avec climatisation, très confortable et calme. Et une double, de conception plus ancienne, sans climatisation et assez bruyante la nuit avec les bruits de la vallée (voitures, chiens).
Non mi immaginavo un posto così bello, una camera così meravigliosa con un terrazzo enorme che si affacciava sulla vallata. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, location eccezionale.
The hotel was being refurbished and restaurant was not open. Breakfast poor. We were travelling by car so the distance to the centre was not a problem.
Non si possono ricevere i clienti se l'hotel è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione, metà è ancora in cemento e le altre camere sono con mobili e bagno vecchissimi.

Das angebotene Zimmer war inakzeptabel, musste gewechselt werden, was aber ohne Probleme fuktioniert hat. Der Pool war sehr schön, wurde aber sehr früh geschlossen (20 Uhr). Die Bilder im Internet haben wenig gemeinsam mit der Realität. Die Umgebung war schön! Das Personal ist kompetent, aber nicht besonders freundlich. Das Gebäude wurde renoviert, ausgebaut, dadurch war es laut. Manchmal auch sehr früh am Morgen. Die Stadt Montepuciano und der gute Wein haben alles positiv erscheinen lassen. Der Preis ist nicht Angemessen
