This was a nice hotel except that the air conditioning did not work in our room, which made it extremely hot and impossible to stay with two small children. The problem could have been simply resolved by the staff (for example, moving us into another room).
However the hotel manager was extremely unhelpful, insisted that it worked, accused us of playing with the buttons and even called the police when we said we wanted to cancel the rest of our booking. With a different manager this could be a nice hotel but we will certainly not return.
