We came at a very quiet and cold time of year. The wrong room had been reserved for us despite being clearly stated in our booking. As a result we were transferred to a room that had not been heated. We had to ask for extra blankets which were only found with dififcullty and even then we were never really warm. We could have done with better directions beforehand as it was not easy to find the hotel.
Restaurant was very good and waiter was very helpful when we arrived late in the evening
the only problem with the hotel (and it was a big problem) is that the directions how to get there from the airport were completely inadequate. we were driving there at night and got lost many times in the area surrounding the airport
Website description is correct. But the map-based hotel search gives the impression of the hotel location being very close to catania airport, which is definitively wrong!
