Ottimo Hotel, con personale gentilissimo, cortese, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Il servizio di shuttle con l'aeroporto e' veramente ottimo con autista di una gentilezza estrema. Assolutamente da consigliare.
Il personale è altamente cortese, puntuale e professionale. La connessione wi-fi è rapida anche tramite cellulare, in ogni caso è presente una postazione fissa gratuita a disposizione della clientela. Una piacevole ulteriore sorpresa poi è stata per il ristorante dell'hotel: tutte le pietanze sono ottime ed abbondanti, l'ambiente è di alto livello ed il personale è impeccabile. Visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo il tutto risulta quasi imbarazzante (in positivo). La vicinanza all'aeroporto di Malpensa lo rende poi un ottimo punto logistico di riferimento. Il servizio da e per l'aeroporto è gratuito, ed è disponibile pure il parcheggio presso l'albergo a prezzi contenuti. Personalmente se avrò occasione, sicuramente mi avvalerò ancora di questo hotel, che per valore dev'essere considerato molto di più di una semplice location di transito intermedio.
Oleggio is not marked on any of the signs coming from the airport. It was impossible to find late at night. I would not recommend the hotel because of this. And I would now choose to stay at a hotel actually within the airport on the night before a flight. What a pity, because the hotel and staff were good.
Everything was wonderful, except the meal in the restaurant.
We were hoping for a genuine italian typical cucina for our last night in Italy, and sadly we were disappointed to receive fancy food. This might seem to be rather picky, but I imagine there would be a lot of people preferring good quality but real italian food.
I have recommended this hotel to other people, as its proximity to mxp is super, but far enough away to not be noisy. The staff were helpful. They kindly provide transportation to and from the airport with their van. It's a good stop off for an overnighter in Malpensa if your schedule call for it.
I wanted to be close to the airport, but not at the airport.
Their shuttle go me there in 15 minutes. The restaurant was lovely and the food very nice. My room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel overall was very nicely decorated and spotless.
