Ho dovuto pagare in contanti perché il bancomat casualmente non funzionava e la ricevuta...probabilmente non funzionava la stampante. Veramente in pessime condizioni. € 78 per una notte e una colazione pessima sono stati davvero una grande delusione.

La " vista lago" de notre chambre était occultée par maison en face de l'hôtel et c'est une vue sur paysage + que sur lago. Télécabine accès centre Come ( raison du choix) en panne. Heure petit déjeuner tardive (8H). Fermeture accueil tôt ( 20H) et accès au chambre par rue arrière. Pas d'accès escalier intérieur et ascenseur limite (petit).
Die Lage ist sehr abseits und die Anfahrt sehr beschwerlich und kompliziert, v.a. da die sog. Seilbahn kaputt war und man mit dem Auto über sehr enge, sehr steile Kurven nach Como fahren musste.
