Accés difficile en venant de Vergiate ou de Sesto Calende. Insonorisation des chambres légère: on entendait nos voisins.
Accueil en Anglais alors que nous parlons Italien (avec l'accent français!) Le hall d'accueil, les chambres, le parking tout est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner.
You need a car to get about, otherwise you were stuck at the hotel. Also, at breakfast time items were not replaced, for example cups, milk etc. You had to keep asking and when some of the food had finished it was not replaced even though breakfast still had another hour before the end. The waitress did not interact with the customers by saying good morning or by clearing the tables when the customer had fisnished with the cereal bowls, the tables are small.
The receptionist people were very pleasant and helpful.
Wir haben an einem Samstag in Ihrem Hotel übernachtet und waren enttäuscht zu erfahren, dass es keine Malzeiten gibt! Da wir per Fahrrad angereist sind, war es sehr unangenehm, dass im Internetbeschrieb das nicht erwähnt war, dann hätten wir uns vor der Hinfahrt zum Hotel in Sesto Calende verpflegen können.
