Management hotel not communicative and not bothered. Not so close to railway station, many others far closer and more appropriate. Lack of staff quite frightening especially when other guests banging doors and shouting through the night, I recommend stay elsewhere.
Un appunto: il collegamento dell'aria condizionata con l'uso del pass per cui, chiudendo la camera, ho notato che si spegne il condizionatore. Per tutto il resto, l'accoglienza della signora e dei figli è stata gentilissima e piacevolissima, la stanza n.202 assegnata molto bella, elegante e raffinata nell'arredamento. A David e a me è piaciuto moltissimo il nostro soggiorno alla residenza d'Epoca Puccini. Pero' siamo rimasti un po' delusi perche' abbiamo dovuto andare in un bar per colazione (benche' il bar era servito da un buon personale, eccetto l'ultimo)
Ed abbiamo sentito la mancanza del mitico giardino.
Questo dettaglio e' stato il punto pricipale che ci ha fatto decidere di prenotare. Ma il personale della residenza è eccezionalmente condotto dalla signora Gloria e famiglia e tutto si puo' perdonare. In tempi futuri si spera che tutti i lavori siano terminati per gustare il soggiorno nella sua pienezza.
The location of the hotel is great and whilst central it was quiet. Our room in the old part was simple but lovely though the air conditioning and fridge were noisy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very important to have specific directions or a detailed street map of Pistoia before you get there. It was difficult to find initially and parking somewhere temporarily wasn't easy.
Wir waren von dem Palazzo und der Hilfeleistungen des Personals sehr begeistert. Man darf sich aber kein Hotel erwarten mit Lobby, Bar etc. Es ist eine Residenz in einem Teil des Palazzos.
Nachteil derzeit: Zum Frühstücken muss man in ein Lokal in der Nähe gehen. Es wird noch ein anderer Teil des Palazzos renoviert, wenn dies fertig ist, wird es angeblich auch eine Küche und damit Frühstück geben.
