The Notarie restaurant is located in the same building that houses the hotel and is well known, even outside of the provincial area. The restaurant offers its clients a comfortable environment composed of three small, elegant and refined dining rooms. The menu is changed for every season: the chef proposes a vast selection of recipes using only the freshest ingredients.

A "menù degustazione" is created daily that includes dishes made from ingredients that are only available occasionally during the year and for that reason cannot easily be included in the seasonal "menù stagionale".

A new lunch menu is also available based on low-priced, simple and tasty dishes (prices range from €8.00 to €13.00 per person) that varies each week.

Major luncheon vouchers are accepted.

The wine list includes a wide choice of national and international wines.

The professional and courteous service creates a comfortable and elegant atmosphere that will fully satisfy the needs of both hotel guests and non-residents.

Bar opening times: 7 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Restaurant opening times: 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

The "Matilde di Canossa" room (67 sq. m.) can host congresses, conferences, meetings and banquets and will satisfy any requirements that guests may have.

The room is equipped with all of the usual equipment such as a DVD player, video recorder, overhead projector, flip chart and a video projector to connect to a PC.

Two small meeting rooms are also available to use either as support rooms for the "Matilde di Canossa" room for coffee breaks, refreshments or aperitifs or as meeting rooms in their own right (they seat 12/15 people per room).

BY CAR:

From the “Reggio Emilia” motorway exit (there is only one exit), go left in the direction of “Tribunale, Stadio”.

Go round the roundabout, following the signs for “Tribunale, Stadio, Via Gramsci Sud”.

By following these signs you will reach Reggio Emilia’s ring road (Viale Isonzo).

Continue along Viale Isonzo to the crossroads with Via Emilia S. Stefano.

Go across the crossroads and go straight on passing three traffic lights.

At the fourth traffic light turn left into Piazza Diaz, go straight on along Via Ariosto and then Corso Garibaldi.

After the news-stand turn right into Via Guido da Castello and continue straight on.

At the fourth street on the right, turn into Via Palazzolo.

BY TRAIN:

Once out of Reggio Emilia station (approx. 1.5 km from the hotel) take the "B" bus from Via Emilia S. Stefano for the city centre.

Get off at Piazza del Monte.

From Piazza del Monte, turn left for Piazza Prampolini.

At the third street on the right turn into Via Palazzolo.

BY AIR (Parma airport):

Take the “tangenziale” ring road in the direction of Bologna /Reggio Emilia and travel to the end of it. When you reach the roundabout that joins with Via Emilia per Reggio, continue straight on.

When you reach Reggio Emilia, at the crossroads with the ring road (Viale Timavo), turn right into Viale Timavo and go straight on passing three traffic lights.

At the fourth traffic light turn left into Piazza Diaz, go straight on along Via Ariosto and then Corso Garibaldi.

After the news-stand turn right into Via Guido da Castello and continue straight on.

At the fourth street on the right, turn into Via Palazzolo.
